For the internet age, an internet jury. It is Yahoo! Answers, but still, I’m amazed at the responses. This is who ends up on your juries, people. We need to educate them, even though judging by some of these responses, it may seem impossible or futile.

So what’s your answer to the Yahoo question and why?
I think there’s missing information. Hard to tell from what was said by OP, but what I found instructive is how many people are quick to decide based on emotion alone without getting a complete picture.
I’ve sat on two juries. No, they weren’t criminal cases, but what eye-opening experiences they were. Indeed, these ARE the folks who frequently end up judging our clients.
