Liveblogging ‘The Defenders’ Ep. 2
Well, The Whole Truth was completely unbearable last week, so I caught the first episode of The Defenders on On Demand and it was actually enjoyable and closer to real life practice than The Whole Truth, so I’m making the switch to that show tonight. Join me as John Jim Belushi and that guy who looks sorta like the guy from The Practice engage in more craziness in Sin City.

Hah. On the scale used to rate this show? 7.

I’d have given it at least 5; if we define the middle of the range is “as good as law and order,” it was an 8+.
I shall bookmark this post for later reference, and try to join you for the discussion next week.

The reason for the low grade for this episode was the side story about the bookie. The “cell phone death” plot line was engaging enough. Also, I think they could make us care about the main characters a bit more.
Now, if you want to compare it to law and order, then sure, your grade is perfect.

Um . . . the bookie? I must have missed that.
The main characters are a little flat.

Goes to show how interested I was in that plot. The theft plot – the gambling money.
