		<description>I smiled when I saw you say that the US system is the best in the world - doesn&#039;t each state have it&#039;s own system?  So, which one is the best I wonder.  I don&#039;t know if ours (the English and Welsh) system is the best in the world.  It&#039;s slow, over burdened and often misused by Governments who want to do things without thinking what things they want to do or whether the courts are the best place to do them.

Our Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) is a bit of a nightmare to win in, but I cannot imagine them ever refusing to release somebody who was clearly innocent.  That is just perverse.</description>
