Now if a snowball can be a deadly weapon, and police use-of-force policies permit one to respond to deadly weapons with their deadly weapons (firearms), you can see where this goes. Really, prosecutors need to laughed out of the courtroom by judges and juries for charging snowballs as deadly weapons -- sadly, they aren't.
