This is as bad as I’ve seen it. Kudos to the prosecutor for recognizing the problem and taking a stand.

The PD’s protests at the characterization by the prosecutor made me roll my eyes.

Yup. Not all prosecutors are scum.

Actually, seriously Gid and peers, I’m collecting transcript snippets (or whole transcripts) that are examples of good objection/argument at trial, mostly over evidentiary questions, for my law school class.
