		<description>death penality was and will always be an explosive issue. i think on the one hand some people &#039;deserve&#039; it and on the other hand there are cases where i wished there would not be sth. like a death penality. but there is one thing i cannot understand as an european: how could it be that there are states where death penality still exists and others where it is forbidden? disputable laws, if you ask me!</description>
