I'm not sure what she gains by taking the position that she's in favor of the State killing people while at the sametime refusing to say whether or not she'll veto the bill. By all indications, she's looking forward to retiring in 2010 and that's a good thing for the state. By all indications, she’s looking forward to retiring in 2010 and that’s a good thing for the state.
