Honestly, no, I haven’t found a suitable replacement. I think some of the blogs do it better, like the Courant’s capitol watch and CT Local Politics.

I am agreeing with your assessment of the Courant’s downward spiral more and more every day. My problem, though, is that I haven’t really found a decent replacement for news in the Hartford county. Any suggestions?

A guy at the local grocery store tried to get me to subscribe to the Courant. I tried very hard not to laugh. Worst-updated news website in the world, too. Just a shame.

Scrambled eggs sounds great, but I don’t know what scrapple is. Is it some sort of board game?

There isn’t anything in the Courant this morning. Just like there hasn’t been much in the Courant the last few weeks. We’ve stopped getting it and just read in online these days.

Perhaps I need to make 3 cups of coffee in the morning if you wish to share in the commentary. Tomorrow, scrambled eggs and scrapple. Come on over.
