I shoulda stayed...darn it! Anyway, I agree with S....eyewitness ID is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves & I would have focused more on the extreme difficulty defense attorneys have trying to get expert witness testimony in as well. Everything under the sun indicates that it SHOULD come in to assist the jury in it's decision regarding the ID in the case, but for some reason, Judges would rather stand at the top of the slope looking down, and let someone else be the first one to take a step in the right direction.
