I was here when the show first came on, but didn’t see the live blog up and left the page. I shoulda stayed…darn it!

Anyway, I agree with S….eyewitness ID is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves & I would have focused more on the extreme difficulty defense attorneys have trying to get expert witness testimony in as well.

Everything under the sun indicates that it SHOULD come in to assist the jury in it’s decision regarding the ID in the case, but for some reason, Judges would rather stand at the top of the slope looking down, and let someone else be the first one to take a step in the right direction. They need to grow a pair and stop giving lip service!

See, that’s what you get for not having faith.

I’ve managed to stay awake thus far. Hopefully I’ll be able to do it again next week! I look forward to greater participation :)

Hey Gideon, You seem a bit lonely in there, so I just wanted to say that your commentary is a fun read. I don’t watch RtB live, so I can’t participate, but I enjoy hearing the view of a professional after the fact. I know it’s a lot of work, but I hope you’ll keep doing these.

Maybe you should consider adding the show to your “live watching” lineup ;) You should come join us - we have pizza and beer!
