Do you know what a dojo is?

Someone somewhere compiled a video of some funny karate kicks. Here they are. I’m sad to say that the list is populated by Jean-Claude Van Damme and does not feature either Chuck Norris or Steven Seagal. Still, some karate is better than no karate on a Saturday afternoon.

Isn’t the first one. (#20) Chuck Norris? What’s missing is Jackie Chan.

That might be Chuck. I think Jackie Chan is in one clip..is that him in number 8?

It definitely looks like a young Chuck in the quick “reaction” shot after the kick. Although “Chuck Norris” and “reaction” don’t go together very much.

Could be Jackie C in #8, can’t get a good image of the face. I like the older Jackie well choreographed comedic touch material.

As far as the straight fighting stuff, anything after Bruce Lee seems repetitive or derivative (or unbelievable).

And hey, it’s always nice to see Al Leong at work, even if he just gets kicked around.
