Believe it or not, I haven’t gotten around to reading it yet. It’s been a busy week; I’ll be posting about it later today. I take it you’re a fan?

I agree with the majority, but ever ever so slightly . . . . Scalia’s dissent is very well done, and is definitely worth a read.

Where I come out is that I don’t think that the states are required to have a circus go on, see, e.g., Scott Panetti.
