		<description>Bashman is right, this is BS.  The idea that referring to matters outside the record is wrong is preposterous--first, appellate judges do that all the time (e.g., taking judicial notice of legislative facts) and second, the recusal has a reasonable person standard.  But Florida seems to have issues with the criticism of judges.  They discipline lawyers about it, which is wrong.  If a lawyer wants to say a judge is terrible, the lawyer should be able to.  Judges are government officials, and they should be subjected to withering criticism if people want.</description>
