		<description>In the Dawson case, that seemed a little extreme.  Yeah, people have to show up for court, etc.  But this guy got a lot of time for showing up at most a few hours late.  The justice system sure didn&#039;t look all that good here.  I would not have done the same thing, were I the judge.  I probably would have held him for a week, letting him sweat, and then respected his original plea bargain. 

Don&#039;t know what the appellate court could have done here though.</description>
