One thing that should be considered is, of course, the actions of the judge.  Judges should have no right to hold a lawyer in contempt unless they themselves have acted professionally.  There&#039;s a concept in military law called abandoning one&#039;s rank.  It should be applied to judges who abuse lawyers.</description>
