I would be remiss not to congratulate our very own Miranda for a well-deserved victory this past week. Congratulations!

That’s one public defender I’d be proud to have representing me.

Okay, don’t let it get to your head. Get back to work!

Wow, Gid, thanks. And, really, thank you for all of your help with everything! So invaluable to have a sounding board and a seasoned vet. to offer sage advice.

I don’t think this warranted an entire post, by the way. And certainly not one with such a cynical title. Bah hum bug.

I’m sure there’s good reason to congratulate Miranda, but for the life of me the reason for the congratulations offered by this post remains an impenetrable secret to me.

Are you saying you don’t understand why I needed to post about this?

No, I just don’t know what the “well deserved victory” was. There’s no link or mention in the post to anything other than a “victory.”

Yeah, there wouldn’t be. Just a small win in real life. Miranda’s a friend, I have a blog, so I figured, why the hell not?

Hopefully, the victory was well-deserved for the client . . . .
