		<description>Strange ruling in that the Conn. Supreme Court remands the case back for determination of the sentencing factors to the jury.

In such a case, will the prosecution have to assemble a new jury, or recall the old jury?

Or will the prosecution just offer the defendant a slightly lower prison term?</description>
