Quick design poll and new tagline contest

I’m getting the design itch again. So here’s a quick poll for those of you that come to the blog to read the entries. Do you prefer the split 3-column view (like it is right now) or the 2-sidebars to the right view (like it is on the test blog)?
Loading ...Also, I’m getting sick of the current tagline. It’s efficient and to-the-point, but I want something more fun. So I am taking the hazardous step of soliciting slogans to replace the current one. The best one will be my new tagline with appropriate kudos to the person that comes up with it!
So get those creative juices flowing (or this is your chance to stick it to me!)

It seems to me you have the makings of a perfectly good tagline on your disclaimer page:
I mean, really, doesn’t that just say it all?

I really like the template you’ve got on the test blog. A lot. I’m sick of this template, too, and am considering something different. I just haven’t figured out what.

I do too. It’s just going to take me some time to get used to the 2-sidebars on the right, I guess. Instinctively I prefer the 3-split column layout.
I really do like this theme - it’s solid and I’ve customized it quite a bit, but the look is getting old.
What? You’re asking me? I get antsy and change the layout of my blog every time the wind changes direction . . .
Arrrgggg!!!! I can’t take the pressure!!!
A Public Defender:
A reasonable doubt at a reasonable price.
Why pay more?
100% of the lawyer at 0% of the fee.
Cheap at half the price.
More law for less money.
My opinion -
1. The yellow headlines promote eyestrain, and
2. What happened to the Gideon picture and S.Ct. handwritten pleading? I kinda liked it.
3. Otherwise the new look is OK, it will take time to get used to; when other blogs change their layout I, at first, hate it; but then it sorta’ “grows” on me and I end up liking it.

Oh I’m not going to adopt that specific theme. Even if I do, I will tinker with the colors and the header.
It’s just up there as a layout reference. Which layout do readers prefer?
