I was recently charged with solicitation to a minor via internet. I have to attend a sex offender treatment class. Under my probation, I am not mandatory to do most of normal sex offender probation, which includes not having to take a polygraph. In order to complete my sex offender treatment though, I am required to take one. Wouldn't this fall under the catagory of a classic penalty situation, because if I do not take a polygraph (required by all sex offender treatments) I get kicked from the class, if I get kicked from the class, I am in VOP. I need some answers quick!!
