If I wanted to work twice as much, I could probably do as good a job on 40 cases as on 20. Not having been a PD, I can’t conceive of do as good a job on 80, much less on 180.

As for making a killing, at some point the limiting factor becomes the money the clients have rather than the number of clients or amount of time the lawyer has.

I always thought that PDs who go into private practice would make a killing because they generally know how to handle a large caseload.

Total 21 criminal cases in various stages of litigation.

Five state court misdemeanors.
Eight state court felonies.
Four federal court cases pre-trial.
Four federal court cases post-trial.
