Gov. Rell makes a decision on Chief Justice

Governor Rell finally made her choice for Chief Justice (again) and the lucky person is Judge Chase T. Rogers. Judge Rogers is currently on the Appellate Court. Hopefully now everyone can put Sullivan-gate behind them.
I don’t know much about Judge Rogers, but for some reason I think she wrote a dissent in a case released today. Recaps of some interesting decisions to follow, so if it is indeed Judge Rogers, I’ll highlight it.

This is how the White Male dominated courts think. Qualified Immunity should be revoked. Even when a Supreme Court Justice breaks the law, he should be arrested, handcuffed, placed in lock up, face bail, and a trial.
