My Montana theory is still alive!
Whoops. I messed up. As The Imbroglio rightly points out, my previous post on whether legislators are making it a felony to invoke your right against self-incrimination comes not from Montana (as I foolishly stated), but from Wyoming. That makes so much more sense. Thanks, Imbroglio and please accept my sincerest apologies.
